HR Certification Prep Course
When companies are looking to hire someone for an HR position, they are looking at experience, education, HR certification, and fit. Surprisingly, less than 15% of HR professionals are certified. With that being said, certification is one way to set yourself apart from the crowd.
Since 2018 I'm proud to say that my HR Cert Course participants have near a 90% pass rate on their HR Certification exams.

I have been teaching HR Certification Prep Courses (both HRCI and SHRM) for over 30 years now and I am seeing more and more organizations encouraging and/or requiring their HR Team to be certified. With this in mind, we are now offering customized corporate HR Certification Prep Courses. These courses can be delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid.
